Utilities POR Tariffs In Final Approval Stage

A New Hampshire PUC hearing examiner approved the utility Unitil’s proposed Competitive Electric Supplier Trading Partner Agreement (TPA) and Terms and Conditions for Competitive Suppliers Tariff, a necessary step towards implementation of POR at the utility. Unitil’s plan for POR implementation is due by May 15th with confirmation of implementation of POR due by June 1st.  

Also in New Hampshire, the NH PUC issued an order approving revisions to utility Eversource’s revised supplier agreement and tariff, on March 11th.
