Utility Does Not Propose Changes to 0% Nonresidential POR Discount Rate

Potomac Edison filed with the Maryland PSC an annual update to its purchase of receivables discount rates for non-residential customers

Potomac Edison does not propose any change in the current 0% POR discount rate for all non-residential classes.

Potomac Edison also formally moved to delete the residential POR discount rate listed in its tariff, given the end of residential POR on December 31, 2025, except for previously purchased receivables subject to cancel/rebills and similar instances related to receivables purchased prior to December 31, 2025.
