Utility Files Bill Format Change For SSO Customers

AEP Ohio filed with the Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) a bill format changes.  Among other things the utility filing would inform residential Standard Service Offer (SSO) customers that the utility is required to buy generation on behalf of these customers and “AEP Ohio passes these charges through dollar-for-dollar and makes no money from them”.
