Pursuant to the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia’s (“Commission”) directives in the Notice of Probable Violation (“NOPV”), dated April 9, 2024, issued in the above-captioned matter, Washington Gas Light Company (“Washington Gas” or “Company”) hereby gives notice that it has completed all remedial actions directed in the subject NOPV.
