From Notice: 

This letter is to amend a change in key personnel at WGL Energy Services.  Effective April 1, 2024. As of November 1, 2023, Kevin Anderson assumed the role of Vice President of Operations. The duties and responsibilities formerly held by Phillip Woodyard, Chief Operations Officer, were assigned to Mr. Anderson. Kevin Anderson will also direct regulatory matters.
