On May 14, 2026 the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) announced in a Public Notice that a virtual public hearing will be held on the Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) Straw Proposal for New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program’s (NJCEP) Comprehensive Resource Analysis (CRA) and the proposed FY27 program budgets and compliance filings.
Staff will be holding this virtual public hearing on June 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Registration is required – please click here to register.
Through the CRA process, the NJCEP funding levels for energy efficiency and Class I renewable energy programs are established. The proposed funding level will fund the core NJCEP programs and provide opportunities for new and enhanced programs that help residents, businesses, and State and local governments reduce energy usage, save money, and improve the environment.
