Large Non-Residential Utility’s SOS Retail Energy Prices Set for June 2026

On May 18, 2025, the Maine Public Utilities Commission issued an Order  setting the large class Standard Offer Prices for June 2026.

“The Commission sets the energy component and resulting standard offer retail energy prices for the large non-residential classes in the service territory of Central Maine Power Company (CMP) and Versant Power’s Bangor Hydro District (BHD) for June 2026.

The energy components are $0.05701/kWh for CMP and $0.05648/kWh for BHD, and the resulting standard offer retail energy prices for June 2026 are $0.086055/kWh for the CMP large class and $0.081905/kWh for the BHD large class.

The standard offer prices include these retail energy prices plus the capacity components as specified in the November 18, 2025 and November 19, 2025 Orders. The specified capacity components for June 2026 are $3.42/kW-month for the CMP large class and $4.00/kW-month for the BHD large class.”
