On June 30, 2026 AEP Ohio filed comments that the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) revise the final certified request form to explicitly require use of the SDI number for customer identification purposes.

As reported previously interested parties were required to file feedback regarding the draft Competitive Retail Electric Service Provider Forms and Applications form by June 30, 2026.
