On July 31, 2026 Con Edison filed its Q2 2026 commercial battery storage report.

As indicated in the report, the batteries will be enrolled in the NYISO wholesale markets, after which Con Edison will process the tariff transfer to the Woodside system.  The Woodside battery will cease participation in the Summer Load Relief Program after August 31, 2026. To support the transition, Endurant will complete API integration between the existing SGS battery systems and Market Participant systems in preparation for participation in the NYISO wholesale markets following the end of August of this year.

On July 31, 2026, Con Edison also filed its Q2 2025 REV Demonstration Project affordable multifamily heat pump cost shift prevention quarterly progress report.  In Q3 of 2026, the demonstration team will complete the pre-development phase by finalizing Level 3 assessments for two demonstration sites, completing the financial analyses and business cases, documenting the scalability of the Phase 1 approaches in a memorandum, and finalizing and issuing requests for proposals to installation subcontractors. The team will also continue resident engagement, prepare for equipment installation and site build-out, and finalize the measurement and verification plan as it advances into the implementation phase.
