Incorrect RAIS Daily Account Listing Files from June 29 – July 8
Please be advised that the Daily Account Listing files on RAIS generated between June 29, 2025, and July 8, 2025, may not reflect the complete population of customer accounts. During this period, customer accounts undergoing billing adjustments may have been excluded from the listings, despite continued energy flow.
As of July 9, 2025, this issue has been resolved. Any Daily Account Listing files generated from July 9, 2025, and later now accurately reflect the full population of accounts within your pool.
Impact Summary:
- Reports generated during this period may contain incomplete or inaccurate data.
- It is recommended to disregard reports generated between June 28, 2025, and July 8, 2025. These reports will not be retroactively corrected.
- If a report from this timeframe (e.g., June 30, 2025) is downloaded today, it will still reflect the incorrect data.
