Customer Drops Complaint Against REP

On May 7, 2026 the complainant filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Complaint and Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice regarding the complaint of Billy Sorrells against BKV-BPP Retail.

“Billy Sorrells have reached an agreement with BKV-BPP Retail LLC (“BKV Energy”) that resolves all the issues raised in the formal Complaint I filed with the Commission on December 15,2025, and the subsequent filings I have made in this proceeding. I have executed a settlement agreement and release that fully encompasses all claims and issues between myself and BKV Energy that I have raised in this proceeding. I therefore no longer desire to pursue my Complaint against BKV Energy. I hereby withdraw my Complaint against BKV Energy and request that it be dismissed with prejudice, pursuant to 16 Tex. Admin. Code. § 22.181(a).”
