Applicant proposes to serve all classes of customers in the State of Illinois in the Commonwealth Edison Company and Ameren utility territories.

The application indicates that Applicant is a licensed retail electricity supplier in Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, Ohio, Connecticut, and New Jersey, and expects to obtain licensure in Pennsylvania soon.
