FCC’s ‘One-To-One’ Consent Rule Is Effective January 27th 2025!

The Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC’s) issues a FCC Press Release reminder that the “one-to-one consent” order becomes effective beginning January 27, 2025. 

As background the FCC rule mandates that prior written consent for telemarketing calls and text messages must be obtained from consumers on a per-seller bases.
