PSC Publishes & Seeks Comments On Proposed SCB Regulations

The Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) published proposed regulations governing supplier consolidated billing eligibility and licensing for comment in the Maryland Register on December 3rd, 2024.

Subsequently on December 17, 2024, the Commission issued proposed regulations governing SCB operations (including consumer protection rules).  

Comments to the proposed rules were due by January 3, 2025, and January 18, 2025, respectively.
