Northern Utilities is proposing a CGF rate for the residential class of $0.7742 per therm. This proposed CGF rate represents a decrease of $0.3014 per therm from the average 2022-23 Winter CGF rate. According to the utility, the typical residential heating customer, using 563 therms in the 2023-24 winter period, will pay $988.92. This is a decrease of $72.59 or 6.8% from 2022-23.
