State Senator Seeks Investigation into PECO’s Rate Increase Requests

On April 10, 2026 Katie Muth Pennsylvania State Senator, filed a letter requesting that the Pennsylvania PUC investigate the proposed electric and gas rate increases by PECO contained in docket numbers R-2026-3060859 and R-2026-3060860).

In that same letter State Senator Katie Muth also requested requested that the Commission schedules a public hearing in Senate District 44.
