Long Description: All Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) and Compliance Premiums (CPs) created in 2022 are scheduled to expire and will no longer be useable after March 31, 2025. These RECs and CPs may not be banked and carried over to future years. However, these RECs and CPs may be retired on a voluntary basis, or the Solar RECs and Solar CPs may be used to satisfy 2024 Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) mandates until midnight on March 31, 2025.
At midnight on March 31, 2025, these RECs and CPs will cease to exist.
