The Maryland utilities continue to submit “do not transfer list” status reports See links for utility specific reports: Pepco | WGL | BGE.

Suppliers submitted [confidential] monthly pricing reports.

As background, the Maryland PSC issued notice on implementation of new and amended licensing requirements for electricity and gas salespersons and suppliers as a result of SB1 of 2024, including provisions requiring staggered expiration and renewal processes for supplier and energy salesperson licenses.
