Utilities File List of Energy Storage Solutions Systems

In Connecticut on July 16, 2026 the electric utilities filed an annual compliance document regarding a list of electric storage systems eligible for the ESS program. The utilities said, “The Program Administrators maintain a continuously updated list of all electric storage systems eligible for the ESS Program, which is available on the Energy Storage Solutions (‘ESS’) Program (the ‘Program’) website… This website constitutes the official and continuously updated record of eligible systems in satisfaction of Order No. 2 and is updated as new systems are submitted and verified in accordance with Program processes.”
