FCC’s Foreign Call Center NPRM– The rulemaking aims to limit the use of offshore call centers by American businesses.

The Federal Communications Commission granted a seven (7) day extension allowing initial comments to be filed through June 2, 2026.

Reply comments are June 29th.

FCC’s Numbering NPRM – This rulemaking seeks comment on the proposed ruled call center number rotation NPRM.

Initial comments are due June 8, 2026.

Reply comments are due July 7th.
