Commission to Vote on Preliminary List of Issues to be Addressed in Formal Customer Complaint Proceeding

On May 20th TPUC Staff filed a draft preliminary order with a list of issues to be addressed by ALJ in a formal complaint of Messele Kelel Against Express Energy alleging unfair billing practices, misrepresentation, and retaliatory conduct.

The Commissioner is expected to act on the draft preliminary order at its May 29th board meeting where they must provide the ALJ with the final list of issues or areas to be addressed in this proceeding referred to the SOAH.
